  • Exceptional Customer Service Delivery: Your foremost duty is to be an ambassador for the adidas brand, ensuring that every single customer who walks through our doors receives nothing short of the best possible adidas service. This involves proactively greeting customers, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations, assisting with sizing and fitting, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and resolving any inquiries or concerns with a positive and helpful attitude. You will strive to create memorable and personalized shopping experiences that exceed expectations and build lasting relationships with our clientele.
  • Store Upkeep and Visual Merchandising Support: You will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition and inviting atmosphere of our Sable Square store. This includes assisting with daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the sales floor is consistently clean, organized, and well-stocked. You will support the visual merchandising team by helping to execute product displays, maintain cleanliness of fixtures, and ensure all signage is accurate and up-to-date, thereby creating an engaging and aesthetically pleasing shopping environment.
  • Inventory Management Assistance: Support the management team in various aspects of inventory control, including receiving new shipments, accurately stocking shelves, assisting with cycle counts, and ensuring product security measures are followed.
  • Adherence to Store Policies and Procedures: You are expected to thoroughly understand and consistently adhere to all adidas company policies, operational procedures, health and safety regulations, and security protocols. Your commitment to these guidelines is essential for the smooth and compliant operation of the store.
