Two Mountains wants a Sales Agent to become part of our team! As a Sales Agent, you will sell Two Mountains products to both new and current customers, based on what they need and their money goals. As someone working in financial services, you will be responsible for giving great service to your customers by managing your time and tasks well.
What You’ll Do:

Must not have a criminal history to be hired.
Sell Two Mountains funeral insurance directly to customers.
Tell each Two Mountains customer how paying premiums works.
Contact Two Mountains customers who haven’t made their first payment.
Try to meet sales goals set for each day, week, and month.
Tell your Sales Coordinator (SC) about your sales and plans every day.
Ensure Two Mountains customers completely understand the products they purchase.
Treat all Two Mountains customers with respect, offer help, and act professionally.
Write down all Two Mountains customer questions and send them to the correct team.
Obey company rules when filling out forms and using customer information.
Respect and follow the company’s Code of Conduct.
Create strong customer relationships to increase trust in the company.
Stay in contact with both current and possible future customers often.
